Delivery and Returns
All customers living within the United Kingdom will receive their parcels by either Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery or Parcelforce. Method of despatch will be determined by the weight & size of the parcel.

If you wish your order to be left with a neighbour or delivered to another address, different to your home address (such as work address) then please notify us at the time of placing the order.
Should you miss the delivery, then a card will be left and you must phone the local depot to arrange re-delivery. If you ask for it to be diverted to a different address, then a charge will be incurred and must be paid direct to the carrier by you. Should you miss two delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and an additional P&P charge will be made by us to affect a new delivery.
We want the models you have ordered to reach you in the same condition they left us!. Therefore the models will be packed in a slightly larger box than the models themselves so we can pack the box out with protective packaging, thus ensuring the models remain undamaged, even after undergoing the rigors of the Royal mail postal systems!.
Once your order has been placed, please allow 4-7 working days for it to be delivered within the UK. Overseas orders will take longer.
*Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays are not counted as delivery days
Postage rates-UK
Unless otherwise stated, postage rates for delivery within the UK* are:- £2.50 for the first model, then £2 for each subsequent model with a maximum charge of £6.50.
* Parcels over 2 Kilos sent to the following postcodes:-
AB, BT, JE, GY, IM, IV, KW & PA will carry a surcharge of £5.
Postage rates-outside UK
Postage rates to EU member states and the rest of the World will vary depending on size and weight of shipment. Small parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, larger ones will despatched via Parcelforce. Postage charged will be @ cost however, all parcels sent outside the UK will be subject to an insurance charge of £4.00 per shipment.
Returns policy
Should faulty or damaged models be received, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of parcel. We will then instruct you on how to return the parcel to us. Upon receipt of the returned parcel, a replacement will be despatched.
If you wish to return models to us for any other reason please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving the parcel. |
